"Katie's father was a part of Hawks Cay for over five years so right from the beginning this one held a special place in all of our hearts, but by the end, both Katie and Chris began to feel like part of the family as well. Their energy, kindness, and genuine authenticity was magnetic, which made my job as their planner and stylist all the more enjoyable. And to add icing to the cake, all the DIY projects incorporated into this wedding from the wedding cake being made by the couple's close friend to Katie creating the ceremony decor herself, and so on, made their special night feel incredibly intimate, as if you were being swept into a party where you truly knew and admired all the guests."
